We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• You may test your MistGlow item briefly at home to decide whether it is right for you
• Return items clean, undamaged, with all included accessories and original packaging
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
• For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept items that are heavily used, damaged, or returned with depleted consumable components

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos when possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund—our return-condition requirements do not apply to shipping damage or a product defect.

How to Return

1. Contact us with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label
3. Ship the item back to us
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
